At the gates of Paris, go back in time and discover the most beautiful pages of the History of mankind within the Cité de l'Histoire. Thanks to technological and ultra-immersive shows and animations, children and adults relive the great events of the past, meet the emblematic figures of French history and experience new emotions!

Three main attractions, a space entirely dedicated to History, a universe inspired by different eras ... all imagined by Franck Ferrand, directed by Thierry Rétif and produced by Amaclio Productions, a company known for its great historical immersive shows.

Experience a perfect immersion with an iconic historical figure.

The 360° video mapping on an old setting immerses the spectators in the life of a great character, halfway between cinema and immersive spectacle.

Within an arena, several times a day, there is a great visual and sound show written by Franck Ferrand.

– THE CORRIDOR OF TIME –

Travel the corridors of time and discover the secrets of humanity.

The giant, digital and interactive timeline allows visitors to discover 400 major dates in the history of the world. An open-access space with 26 touch terminals allowing to show on the wall the animated illustration of the selected date.

Extend the virtual reality journey

The virtual reality experience «Eternal Notre-Dame», already offered to visitors since January 2022, allows to discover the Cathedral of Paris through the centuries and according to different points of view (Nave, frame, towers, street, etc.) and this in a multi-formatfree-roaming user.

Set under the forecourt of Notre-Dame, the experience is also available next to the Cité de l'Histoire.

SPECIFIC TICKET -

A specific ticket is required to complete this experience at the Cité de l'Histoire with a virtual reality tour.
